PAYMENT

Your course is finally confirmed when we receive your deposit of 90 € (course fees) and 60 € (accommodation
fees). The balance is payable 21 days before the beginning of your course.
Payments to MALACA INSTITUTO can be made using one the following options:

1- Payment using Flywire gateway: www.flywire.com/pay/malacainstituto
2- Payment by bank transfer to UNICAJA - Pº Cerrado de Calderón, 18 - Málaga - Spain

Please remember to give details of the course you intend to follow and send us a copy of the transfer
document. All bank fees are payable by you. If the bank deducts fees, we reserve the right to charge you this
amount when you arrive.

CANCELLATION

• Prior to 21 days before the course : We will refund all fees paid less 60 €.

• Between 21 days and 5 working days before the course : We will refund all fees paid less 150 €.

• Last minute cancellation/No show : If the cancellation is during the last 5 working days before the
course start or in the case of “no shows”we will refund all fees paid
less 4 weeks of course and accommodation fees. (No refund for
courses of 4 weeks or less).

For detailed conditions relating to curtailments and changes once your programme has commenced, please ask
at the school office. Fees are normally not refundable. We recommend that you ask your travel agent/insurance
broker about cancellation and curtailment insurance.

ATTENDANCE

To maintain the professional atmosphere in the school, we insist that all our students complete daily
homework exercises and attend all their classes. This is to enable the whole class to progress rapidly and at
the same pace. Failure to fulfil these requirements may result in a student being placed in a lower level class,
not receiving a Certificate of Attendance and, in extreme cases, the School reserves the right to ask a
student to leave without right to a refund of fees.

INSURANCE

We advice you consult your insurance broker.

BANK HOLIDAYS

We do not provide lessons on Bank Holidays. If the Bank Holiday falls on a course starting date, lessons start
the next day. To the best of our knowledge the following are Bank Holidays which fall on weekdays during
our courses:

6 Jan, 2 & 3 Apr, 1 May, 19 Aug, 8 Sep, 12 Oct, 2 Nov, 7 & 8 Dec.

The school and Club Hispánico will be closed between the following dates: from 22 December 2025 until the
morning of 4 January 2026 and from 21 December 2026 until the morning of 2 January 2027 (Club Hispánico)
and 4 January 2027 (school) provisional.
